So taking things slow. Eating habits do change over time just requires some effort. I’m glad I took things slow because in truth I couldn’t really start at a faster pace with weight loss because of binge eating. Not easy at it seems. I notice that I binge eat really rarely. Inside my mind: What hurts is that you tell me I'll be fat FOREVER. He went through my food diary and goals and everything. WHAT THE HELL!!!! I been trying my best at losing weight and I come home to this note. It's not funny at all. What a jerk. He left it in my desk for me to see. What did he think that I still somehow not get hurt or mad and want to let him use my laptop. I'm not offended at being called fat because I AM but was mad that he went through my personal things.
