I decide that I’m going to do a food diary in a journal way. I’ll deciding still which program I’ll use either spark people, calorie count, or maybe both. I want to see how much I have to eat. I feel like it might be too much putting every thing in the website. I much rather have the food journal with me everywhere I go. It’s much easier and less of a hassle. The reason why is because most foods I eat show the calories so it wouldn’t be that hard. :) And I’ll be going to college in about a week so I don’t really want to be doing a website it’s a lot of work. But if I have a Food Journal while in college I can just write the food I ate calories and take it with me everywhere so I can log in everything I ate. Not much work. :) Don’t have to worry of forgetting to log in food. So yeah. I’ll probably use website only when I can’t find calorie of a certain food. So yeah :)
