So taking things slow. Eating habits do change over time just requires some effort. I’m glad I took things slow because in truth I couldn’t really start at a faster pace with weight loss because of binge eating. Not easy at it seems. I notice that I binge eat really rarely. I see that I don’t eat as often if I’m not hungry. I will just let those feelings of binge eating go away and distract myself with something else. I think being obsess with calories/food is really bad because it’s more chance of binge eating. I think once I can see things getting at a better level I will start counting calories and writing food down. Once I get the good skills to prevent and overcome binge eating.  Might start next month with counting calories as for 30 min intense workout I’ll be starting this week days I don’t walk for an Hour. Even though I been walking a good amount of time 4-5x a week I want to incorporate it. Once I get my eating habits improve I’ll start going at a faster pace :)  Just wanted to update. This isn’t a diet it’s a lifestyle change!!!!!!
